Who can stop at just one hip drop? Well, we couldn’t stop with just one Hip Circle Hafla. Last September’s inaugural event was a fabulous experience for the dancers and audience alike. So, if you missed it, don’t luck out this time. And, if you were one of the lucky ones attending, you’ll know why this has to go back on your calendar today!

The inspiration behind our hafla is to create an intimate, relaxed environment to showcase our students for family and friends. Once again we’ll be featuring group and solo performances as well as solos from Bahaia, Najla and Stacey-Lizette, the instructors behind this event.

Our spring Hip Circle Hafla is scheduled for Saturday, March 27, 2010. And this time, in addition to student and teacher performances we have not one, but two special guests closing the show! We’re excited to welcome Lauren and Sabah to our showcase. They just happen to be in town for a little workshop on Sunday and needed a place to shimmy the night before! So be prepared for some really amazing and talented dancers in an intimate and inviting dance space.
